WiCS Breakfast
The WiCS Breakfast is one of the signature events held during the Annual Scientific Meeting and brings together women cosmetic surgeons from across the country for an inspiring morning of education and networking. The program features engaging speakers or panel discussions focused on leadership, career development, private practice growth, and personal development. The WiCS Breakfast is an excellent opportunity to build relationships, gain new perspectives, and become more involved in the WiCS community.

Discussion Series
The Discussion Series provides members with an opportunity to connect virtually in a supportive, small-group setting to learn and discuss various topics that are relevant to women in cosmetic surgery. Each one-hour session is designed to encourage open conversation, peer-to-peer learning, and the sharing of practical experiences in a welcoming environment. Previous Discussion Groups have covered a variety of topics designed to support both personal and professional growth, including business ownership, practice management, patient communication, non-invasive cosmetic procedures, peer collaboration, and physician wellness.
