Description
Responsible for expanding awareness and engagement with residency programs aligned with the specialties AACS seeks to engage. Will serve as a key outreach arm, ensuring that relevant programs are informed about AACS’s mission, educational offerings, membership opportunities, and Fellowship Training Programs. Will work in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Committee and the Membership Committee.
Goals
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of residency programs within certain specialties aligned with AACS.
- Conduct outreach to each program and determine the appropriate points of contact
- Develop and execute outreach to introduce AACS, including mission, membership opportunities, educational programs, and Fellowships in coordination with the Marketing & Communications committee, the New Surgeons Committee, and the Fellowship Training Committees
