The 2023 Women in Cosmetic Surgery Section (WiCS) breakfast took place at the AACS Annual Scientific meeting in San Diego. It featured Hope Timberlake, a speaker trainer coach who focuses on the communication side of leadership. Her keynote and training focused on persuasive messaging, relationship building, and overcoming obstacles to speaking up.

Following Hope’s presentation, a facilitated small discussion group on overcoming challenges to speak up and on what it takes to be compelling took place.
