2027 Fellow Applicant Rank Form | AACS Program Directors

Fellowship Program Directors, after you have completed interviewing your Training Fellow applicants, please use the form below to rank the applicants you are interested in contracting.

Applicants should be ranked in order of preference, one being the most preferred.

Click submit to maintain the rank order. The list must be submitted by June 1, 2026.

Programs are strongly encouraged to rank as many applicants as they determine qualified. If you interview a candidate and are not interested in having them in your program, do not list them on the form. Ranking only one applicant, or a limited number, could risk not matching. The matching process is applicant-driven based upon their preferences. By June 15^th, 2026, you will receive an email with your Training Fellow match.
