Thank you for your interest in the AACS Certified Training Fellowship program. This post-residency program offers advanced education and training in the art of cosmetic surgery. Our General Cosmetic Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery Fellowships provide hands-on training, mentorship from a top cosmetic surgeon, and insight into operating a successful cosmetic surgery practice. Our Fellowships are recognized for offering the most in-depth and intensive training in cosmetic surgery.
Watch the video below where previous Fellows share why they chose an AACS Certified Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.
You can view more videos at our YouTube Fellowship playlist here.
Also, please review the detailed program guidelines found at the following documents:
- General Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Guidelines (The prerequisites for applying are listed on page 14)
- Facial Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Guidelines
A few Fellowships are still available for July 2026 start dates. After reviewing the prerequisites and application process, please email Kelly Van Zandt, AACS Fellowship Program Manager at gro.yregruscitemsoc@tdnaznavk for a list of open programs.
You can also research the Program Directors for both programs at Fellowship Program Directors If you’re interested in an open position after your review, please complete an application, which will then be forwarded to the Program Director.
If you’re still deciding about a Fellowship or are interested in the 2027 Training Fellowship cohort match, consider applying for an AACS membership. There are several membership benefits, and Resident membership is free.
Please don’t hesitate to contact Kelly Van Zandt with any further questions about the AACS Training Fellowship program. We look forward to your joining the AACS family!
