Dr. Carey Nease offers a comprehensive facial cosmetic surgery training experience in a high-volume, private practice setting. With more than 21 years of experience and over 15,000 surgical procedures performed, Dr. Nease provides hands-on exposure to advanced facial rejuvenation techniques and aesthetic procedures.

The program emphasizes facial plastic and cosmetic surgery, including facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.

Training focuses on patient evaluation, surgical planning, operative technique, laser technology, and postoperative management. Fellows are integrated into all aspects of the practice, with an emphasis on patient safety, ethical standards, and achieving natural, balanced outcomes.

Training Fellow Prerequisites

The Training Fellow must qualify per the AACS fellowship guidelines. They must be able to obtain an unrestricted Tennessee medical license.

Dr. Carey Nease is a triple board-certified facial plastic and cosmetic surgeon based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is recognized for delivering natural, refined results tailored to each patient’s individual goals.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Nease is an active educator and mentor. He has lectured nationally and internationally, including presentations at the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in London, England. He has served as an instructor for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) Facial Rejuvenation Course and the New and Established Techniques in Breast and Body Contouring Workshop in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Nease has published in aesthetic surgical journals and contributed to surgical textbooks on facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty. He has been honored with the “Best of the Best Cosmetic Surgeon” award for seven consecutive years in Chattanooga and North Georgia.
