By December 30, 2025, <\/strong>all active <\/em>AACS Certified Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Programs must complete the following form, regardless of whether you have a current Training Fellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Download the current Guidelines for your reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Review and download the Fellowship Training Program Match Policy and Procedure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/path><\/svg><\/span>2027 Training Fellow Cohort Match Rules<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    AACS Certified Cosmetic Surgery Fellowships use a match process (the “Match”) to allow Program Directors an opportunity to interview Training Fellow applicants in an orderly manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    AACS Match Rules: The following rules must be followed by both the Applicants and Program Directors. Violations may result in loss of opportunity for both parties to participate in the match process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • All Fellowship Programs interested in contracting a July 2027 Training Fellow must participate in the Match.  Applications for January start dates are handled on a rolling basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fellowship Programs and Applicants agree not to make any appointments before the Match. Neither party may request a commitment from the other during or after the interview. Statements like “I will rank you first if you rank me first…”, are against the rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All rank lists must be submitted by the deadline of June 1, 2026, and are confidential. No changes to rank lists will be accepted after the deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Fellowship Program and Applicant are bound by the Match results unless the Applicant does not meet the prerequisite requirements or cannot obtain a state medical license where the Fellowship Program is located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
