Schedule is preliminary and subject to change. Exhibits must not be disturbed, dismantled, or removed before 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 30, 2027. A $500 fee will be assessed if booths are dismantled before the designated move-out time. All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 30, 2027.

How to Register
To register as an exhibitor, you must first create a non-member account in our registration system.
When creating your account:
- Enter the email address you would like to use.
- Create a password and select Save and Continue.
- Choose Non-Member as your account type.
If you already have an account, please use your existing login credentials rather than creating a new one.
To log in, a verification code will be emailed to you. Enter this code to access your account and begin registration. Once logged in:
- Select the Exhibitor Registration in Member Compass.
- Complete your registration and payment.
- Save your confirmation email for your records.
Please note that exhibitor registration is considered an application to exhibit and is subject to AACS approval. Once approved, you will receive additional exhibitor information.
