Tear Trough Latest Insights: From Anatomy to Cannula's Injection
The tear trough correction is one of the first demands of patients during the aging process of the face. The main factor of tear trough is the absence of superficial fat. Dr. Trevidic will discuss his findings that treatment needs to be both deep and superficial regardless of the techniques selected.
Patrick Trevidic, MD, is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon and is currently the Head of the Surgery Department at the Hôpital Sainte-Anne.He has been instrumental as a key investigator in several anti-aging studies and has been at the forefront of many others. In 2010, Dr. Trevidic co-authored Anatomy and Botulinum Toxin Injections, a reference book based on expert observations. 2011 saw the launch of the second volume, Anatomy and Volumizing Injections.
Dr. Trevidic has published more than 50 scientific articles in various periodicals and international journals. To date, he has participated in over 100 medical congresses around the world. Dr. Trevidic serves as scientific director of Expert2Expert, the renowned European group of surgeons and cosmetic specialists.

Penile Triple Augmentation. Up to Date Phalloplasty Surgical Technique
Today a man can modify the size and shape of his penis using developed procedures introduced in plastic surgery field. This presentation represents a retrospective evaluation of patients who have undergone surgical penile enlargement (phalloplasty surgery).
Dr. Krakovsky is an internationally-renowned speaker and educator in the areas of cosmetic, plastic and aesthetic surgery. He received his medical degree in the former Soviet Union and has completed five fellowships across three countries, his most recent focusing on genital cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Krakovsky is the only plastic/cosmetic surgeon in the United States today performing penile augmentation with both AlloDerm and DFGs. He holds the trademarks for both the Penile Dual Augmentation™ and Penile Triple Augmentation™ surgical methods; penile triple augmentation surgery being the most popular phalloplasty surgery technique used by phalloplasty surgeons today. In 2008, he was named one of the 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons in the World and one of the 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons of the Millennium in 2005.
Ira Papel, MD, FACS

Dr. Ira Papel is an Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins. He is actively involved in surgical training of medical students, residents, and fellows. He serves as co-director of the Facial Plastic Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Papel has been invited to serve as a Visiting Professor at more than 30 universities in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Mexico and South America. His textbook, Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in its 3rd edition, has become a standard text for surgeons throughout the world.
Dr. Papel is a Past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and current President of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Papel has been recognized as a "Top Doctor" locally by Baltimore Magazine, and nationally be U.S. News and World Report.
André Vieira Braz, MD

Patterns of Contraction of the Frontalis Muscle
Seeking to identify and classify the frontal facial musculature contraction patterns in patients who sought care for treating frontal facial wrinkles, Dr. Braz analyzed and identified three contraction patterns for which he will discuss during this keynote presentation.
André Vieira Braz, MD is a clinical dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In addition, he serves as an assistant teacher of cosmetic dermatology at Policlinica Geral do Rio de Janeiro and a scientific coordinator and teacher of applied anatomy for botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injections.
Dr. Braz speaks regularly to international audiences on the on the subjects of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid implants, filling techniques, cosmetic and therapeutic indications, hyperhidrosis and the use of lasers in dermatology.
He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology and is active in several congresses of the European Society of Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatology.
